Every figure comes from the platform's own page

Each fee, payout rule and policy is read on the platform's own pricing page, help centre or terms, and shown with a link to that page and the date we read it. Where a platform does not publish something on the pages we checked, we say so rather than estimate.

When a platform blocks us

Some platforms refuse automated reads from our network. Where we could only read a page through a search engine's index of it, the source label says so. Where we could not read an official page at all, we leave the platform out rather than rely on forums or third-party blogs.

How the ranking is set

The list is ranked for the job most people use Fiverr for — buying and selling fixed-price services. We weigh, in order: how close the platform's model is to buying a ready-made service; the total fee on a small order counting both the seller's commission and anything added to the buyer's price; how soon and how cheaply sellers are paid; and how the buyer's payment is protected. Specialist platforms rank lower because they suit fewer of those jobs, not because they are worse at theirs.
